Storage Drawer

Description: Storage drawer containing various plastic materials (toys). The drawer is in a storage space (depot) in the newer museum building, built in 2008. The building is located in central Ljubljana, in close proximity to the main train and bus station and several roads, and equipped with climate control and graphite-based air filtration.

Materials: Various polymeric materials (unknown), paper/cardboard

Monitoring: Within the context of the EU funded APACHE project, the National Museum of Slovenia will monitor, collect, analyse and report on environmental data collected in the drawer and storage room surrounding it. Environmental data will include temperature, relative humidity and pollutants (formaldehyde, organic acids, NO2, SO2, O3, H2S).
