New Challenges in Preventive Conservation, Predictive Analysis, and Environmental Monitoring

Apache Project will partecipate at the CollectionCare Conference: “New Challenges in Preventive Conservation, Predictive Analysis, and Environmental Monitoring”. The conference will be held online, from the 1st to the 3rd of December 2021.
The conference seeks to provide a venue for the sharing of highly specialized research and cutting-edge technology breakthroughs in the study of the behavior and aging of cultural heritage materials, environmental monitoring, and the development of preventative conservation techniques in collections. The conference will be hosted in conjunction with a commercial exhibition hall where a number of firms will showcase their most recent advances and products connected to the conference’s subject.
The theme addresses in three main areas:
– AREA 1. Collections’ needs and challenges;
– AREA 2. Predictive analysis of cultural objects and preventive conservation;
– AREA 3. Connectivity, sensing, and cloud computing technologies.
